Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to UmmaHub in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UmmaHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
